Network Outage

At 02:27 GMT network connectivity was partially lost to our SJC data center, potentially causing 'sluggish' connectivity to our services. At 03:21 GMT full connectivity was restored. Our upstream provider has identified an equipment failure and is actively working to repair it. We will continue to monitor the situation closely. At 01:34 GMT network connectivity was lost to our SJC data center. At 02:10 GMT connectivity was restored. We are awaiting more information from our upstream provider as to the cause and resolution of this issue. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
